very interesting.
It was part of a guided tour and so I learned a lot about the history of the palace.
I recommend using tab to not miss all the details!

We spent several hours wandering around the expansive, well-maintained palace and gardens. Looks like much of it was restored over the past several years. Don't miss the Mosque - it's really beautiful. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Istanbul.

The palace, overlooking the Bosphorus, is something you must visit if you're in Istanbul. Blend of architectural styles makes it really impressive.

Palace has many similarities to European Palaces from that time. From outside you get feeling that you are in Paris or Vienna. From luxury and comfort is present in every corner and every room. In some room tour guide from headphone does not work, but this headphone is included in price for entrance. With metro line T1 you come 500m to Palace. Yes, this place is worth to be visited.
