Thank you for your review and giving us the opportunity to redeem the misunderstanding of our payment system. I would like to kindly inform you that we have a deposit policy in our hotel, therefore, upon arrival we are getting pre-authorisation from our guest's credit cards or in cash. However, after departure, time to time due to each countries bank agreement with Turkish counterpart, it might take more than couple weeks for authorization to be released.
