It was my fifth visit at the hotel. And definitely my last. The rooms weren't really clean and the whole thing was quite disorganized. Unfortunately I relied on our previous communication and positive experience so I didn't book the room via an agent. Huge mistake. I was charged more that booking price, paid the money since the Manager with whom I arranged the reservation was away and couldn't be reached and the next day I asked my money back. 2 weeks later still no refund until today when I finally got less money (30€ instead of 45€) and I was also charged the costs of transfers(4€). The booking was also wrong (1 night instead of 3) and no transfer to the airport until we asked in order to confirm.

location is very convenient, close to istiklal caddesi & sishane station. service doesnt at all live up to the 4 **** star rating! rooms extremely small and not smartly furnished to adapt to the small space, no sound proofing, you hear the neighbors sneezing! rooms not clean and not even fumigated! 2 insects on the bed. face napkins box was left empty in the room since the day we checked in. room service employee lacks personal hygiene. very poor breakfast, nothing like the pictures online. pastries not fresh 3 days out of 4. pastries are so easy to make in turkey and extremely cheap, i dont get why they were so bad. hygiene was hideous. breakfast attendant sneezed into her gloves then started arranging cheese and lettuce with them, instead of utensils. they refill the coffee and tea pots with hot water, instead of adding more coffee or tea. fresh orange juice is for 8.4 liras: 2 dollars, in a country where orange is very abundant. and why are staff at least at the front desk not fluent in english? bazaar merchants and simit vendors speak it fluently now! seriously?? very disappointing.

The accommodation is very comforting but house keepers are reluctant to change towels after cleaning the room. Worst still is the same menu of breakfast every morning. Front office staff are very friendly and courteous.

very desappointed, Hotel, very slow check in, no enough sitting spaces in the lobby, dirty and old carpet in the room, broken marble at the entrance of the toilet, gel and shampoo only 35 ml for two, they are not providing the nescafe and the only if you aske it,very cozy room, no sound proof at all, you can't sleep, noisy is coming from the corridor and the outside, very very noisy, the coffee.

Room Tip: you will sleep on very noisy bed and surrounded by noisy coming from everywhere.
