We stayed 03 nights at Tomtom, me and my 15 year old daughter. Went to Greece and decided to return to Tomtom at the end of our trip, because of the great time we had there. The hotel is small, chic, the rooms are huge, spotless. The bathroom is beautiful, the amenities are the best (Molton Brown). Delicious breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with a spectacular view. The location is great, walked everyday to Karaoke to dine, to shops and very easy by metro to get to Sultanahmet, where the mais attractions are.Front desk people are always smiling and trying to help. Simply loved the hotel, thanks!

Room Tip: do not stay in room 17, despite enormous does not have a window that opens...only a mini one, making the room kind of dark...

Rooms - spacious, decadent, peaceful, immaculately clean. The bedding was top quality linen and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a spa bath and a spacious shower, which was well equipped with fresh Milton Brown supplies daily.

Location - it’s a blessing to be next to the Italian consulate as the road is closed off so the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet at night. It is located on a steep hill so the traveler needs to have a certain level of fitness if they intend to do a bit of sightseeing in the area. We would recommend the walk though as it is very close t Istakil Street which has a wide array of local and international shops which makes for a great shopping spree on your door step! It is also well located within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Istanbul, namely Nicole and Mika.

Staff - friendly, professional, attentive. Every interaction with them was slick and efficient. Nothing was too much to as! Everything that we asked for was attended to effortlessly.

Breakfasts - were fresh and the service was efficient.

This was the first stop for my new husband and I after our wedding in Chicago, and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! The room was spacious and so nicely decorated and the staff went above and beyond and were all so caring!! The breakfast spread was the best we’ve had in turkey and the view was gorgeous. We also loved wandering around the neighborhood- so many great design shops and trendy restaurants nearby! Loved it!!!

Three nights at the end of our rip around Europe were spent at TomTom. Such a great find! Hidden away near the Italian Embassy down a quiet street not accessible without permission to traffic. The room that I shared with my daughter was huge, with a large bathroom, large closet and a small sitting area. The service was fantastic! All staff at TomTom were friendly and helpful. On hand to help out with any request or question. Immediate area around the street leading to Tom Tom allowed easy access to the Tophane Tram Stop - 7 minutes walk downhill! Lots of little coffee shops, cafes and bars near the Suites. Would totally recommend a stay here. Beautiful high ceilings, marble bathrooms and gorgeous wood floors. The building was once home to a Monastery. Would maybe suggest a little more choice with breakfast, which is served on the 4th floor overlooking the old town of Istanbul. Absolutely gorgeous!

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the building overlook an empty block with building rubble piled in the corners.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2018. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is the best walking distance to all night life including Karakoy ( amazing area referred by the hotel), beautiful restaurants around the area. The hotel also has a lovely top roof restaurant with amassing views. On our last night we had a wine tasting and food paring which it was outstanding. We went to the restaurant not even knowing they had wine tasting and it happened that we were meant to book but one of the staff member was still able to accommodate because someone had cancelled. Breakfast was amazing. The guy by the name of Fuat was too good making sure we were all happy and good. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

Room Tip: I was in room 31 which views were not so great. I would think 41,42 is the best as its on the same floor as the restaurant.
