Spacious and clean rooms. Staff speak good English and are very friendly. The only slight area of improvement would be the breakfast quality as it seemed to be a bit limited. They did offer prepared egg dishes but the buffet section could do with improving. Having said this I think they probably adjust it to volumes, on both mornings (off season) there were only two or three other guests. For a westerner it's an affordable breakfast, but the same amount would give you quite a lot outside.

Apart from this one area of improvement, a very good hotel overall.

We arrived to a very comfortable atmosphere where the reception understood the language in a co rooms were spacious and comfortable manner. The checkin was smooth, the bathrooms speck clean.
The breakfast had very limited vegetarian options and lunch even less. This needs to be taken care of. The business rooms had an excellent coordinated audiovisual streaming. There was both cordiality and honesty

This is a new hotel with large rooms and English speaking staff. The bathroom is excellent with a high pressure shower and all amenities you need. The breakfast buffet is large and very good, too. In the lobby there is a Cafe Bene with delicious coffee in a cozy environment. I can't find anything negative about this hotel. It is equally good if not better than the Ramada Inn.

I was surprised to find this relatively new hotel so spic and span, an equal competitor to hotels in the West. My room was comfy, the bed big and soft, lovely new facilities and a very interesting and wide array of food for breakfast to please anyone. Super friendly and helpful staff who all speak English also. A pleasure to stay here.

I stayed here for 4 nights before and after a 2 week tour of Mongolia. Staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were large and spotlessly clean with plenty of amenities. Great location and walking distance to most city attractions. The breakfast offers alot variety and was a real treat after 2 weeks on the road, eating the same food every morning in the ger camps. I cant think of anything negative to say about this property.
Would definately stay here again if im ever in Ulaanbaater.
