This restaurant was advised by a local partner. We dropped in for a lunch between the business meeting. Although it was very hot and humid outside, abundance of plants and water managed microclimate inside and it was very comfortable there. Service was fast and efficient. We ordered a variety of food but our favourites were green mango salad and deep fried frog legs! Yes - we tried frog legs for the first time in our life and it was an excellent experience - definitely recommend both frog legs and mango salad. Green papaya salad was not as good as mango but still good as well as spicy crab. Green curry and Tom Yang were average, nothing astonishing. Needless to say we went back to this restaurant again for a dinner another day. Second try was the same high standard experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for Cambodian cuisine. Don’t miss it while in Phnom Peng

We went there three times, the first time was just okay regarding the service but the food was decent. We decided to give this place another try thinking that perhaps it was late and there weren’t enough staff the first time, well the second time was pretty much the same as the staff all standing at the entrance in a pack leaving the customers sitting around waiting for our food or just to refill our drinks and rice. We pride ourselves in being the most easy going couples but the third time we went there hoping that things would change the staff were still acting the same. They showed us to our seat and left us there for about five minutes, mind you it was not that busy at all without the menu. Once they took our order and brought the food to us they left us sitting there while they all gathered at the entrance talking. It was very difficult to get their attention even to get napkins or Order other things off the menu when we discover a dead fly in my mango smoothie. Never again will we go there.

This restaurant came highly recommended by the staff at Sofitel Hotel. We decided to give it a try on our last day before we returned home. It was a pleasant surprise. The ambience was set in lush greens and a pond full of kois. The food variety was good enough. We ordered a few dishes and finished them all. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was ok - nothing really special about it. Service was fast and efficient - enough to sample the local cuisine.

I went to Khmer Surin last week for the first time. I ordered the beef red curry, and got sick during two days. Will NEVER go again.
