Stayed just a couple of nights here recently, and it is a refreshingly pleasant spot. Down off Soi 8 I think, it's very quiet and residential, and this hotel fits right in, being a low set and casual set up. There's a small cafe for coffee and a lap pool downstairs, yes, stairs, no lift here, but that's cool, only a few floors. The staff here are exceptional, bright friendly smiles and very charming, it was a pleasure in itself to talk to them anytime. There is obvious sense of pride in keeping the place sparkling clean and the rooms reflect that, with crisp sheets on Asian firm beds, spotless bathrooms and always clean floors. Good sized rooms too with quiet air conditioning makes for a relaxing time after a hard day at the beach a 100 m down the soi. The place is such a welcome change from the bustle of the beach strip, or the huge cookie cutter resort style blocks of flats you see dotted everywhere. Chang Charlie is a throwback, it's old school and is perfectly fine, I'll be happy to recommend in the highest order and look forward to booking again next time I'm down that way!

Room tip: I always prefer high floors to avoid street noise, but the loudest noise I ever heard was the resident rooster in the morning...

I am a solo woman traveler and this hotel is great! It is in the quieter area of a Jomtien. Pattaya is available by 10 baht bus easily. It is off the main road on a quiet soi. Rooms have great internet, good TV, comfortable bed and large room. The massage by the blind is right across the street. Only coffee served in the morning and there is a rooster next door that wakes me up early, but the place is worth the investment of a pair of earplugs.

Lovely quite place to relax after a long busy day..super clean big room with big bed and just some few minutes walk to the beach. And above all the Christmas dinner with all the lovely staff and gusts was a memorable one...will definitely visit again.

The hotel is about 150m behind the beach which means it is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Jomtien Beach.

The hotel has limited dining facilities and a very small pool which is in the lobby/dining/bar area. The room was excellent, large, clean and with a huge balcony. Being down a side street the view isn't exactly great but it was peaceful and an excellent place to enjoy the free morning coffee.

The staff were always seemed happy to assist and made the stay a pleasure.

The hotel is very competitively priced and well worth the money.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Jomtien/Pattaya.

I would also recommend the blind massage centre opposite the hotel.

Jomtien Beach is very brash (but not as much as Pattaya) and if that's your thing then fine. If you’re looking for something with style then this is not your resort. About the nicest part of the beach is to the north where the road separates from the beach. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes leisurely walk from this area. In the opposite direction, about five minutes walk is the night (tat) market.

Room tip: The deluxe room had a large balcony with plants.
