Tastefully decorated with most simple but useful furnitures.Lawn and Terraces are wonderful with green around to have leisurely hours after spending day events and smoking undisturbed at night. Staff are friendly and helpful but hardly speak english except the Manager Ms Tum. It's a really nice place to live in homely atmosphere in the crowded BKK city.Nice restaurants are closeby including 7-eleven shops plus makeshift street foodstalls to try real Thai delicacies. Just one suggestion: they should introduce a clear procedure with costs for early check-in. Standard time 2 pm for checkin may not be equally convenient for all travellers coming from different time zones. I will certainly use this place again when travelling with family.
This was my first visit to and holiday in Bangkok. In trying to find place where my family stay comfortably I was at sea as there were thousands of potential places to choose from. I chose one of the apartments at Baan Sabai and was the happiest with everything it had to offer. The price too is great! The daily-serviced two bedroom apartment was very comfortable for my family of four. Tum, the manager there was really great in helping out with everything I needed help with. You wouldn't be disappointed staying at Baan Sabai
