The onsen pools and sauna were fantastic, and the massages were excellent. Kaew the receptionist very kind, my therapist was amazing. Her skill and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable.

This is my first time here, and the receptionists, especially Jack, Ole, and Kaew, were super friendly and welcoming. They explained how to enjoy the onsen and its benefits really clearly. The place is so relaxing and comfy. It's one of the best spots in Bangkok to chill on your day off.

My Thai friend recommended using the onsen at Panpuri, a hot bath. There are many ponds for me to choose from. and also has excellent service And I have also received service. Recommendations for using onsen from "Ole and Kaew" I'll probably have to come back. And I highly recommend this place.
