Owner description: The Royal Swazi Sun's spectacular, 18-hole, championship golf course is one of the most scenic locations found anywhere in the world, with a different mountain scape that can be enjoyed from every tee and green. Challenging features include lakes, gullies thick with vegetation, out-of-bounds areas running close to fairways, wickedly sited bunkers, swirling breezes and clusters of magnificent trees and indigenous plants.

We played 2 rounds at the Royal Swazi Golf Course which was most enjoyable. Starting with the helpful services of Kingdom in the ProShop we bought some good looking shirts, hired a caddy and a cart and ended with some challenging holes on the course. The course is well maintained and has some beautiful old trees on the course. In my opinion, all golf courses should insist that golfers take at least one caddy with them to help repair divots and pitchmarks and rake bunkers. It should be considered part of the golf club's social responsibility and that of players. Enjoy 18 holes and support a caddy.

The Casino & the golf course are convenient extra facilities to enjoy while visiting Swaziland's Royal SPA.

This is a decent course. It is not too challenging, but it is not a walk in the park, either. It is maintained fairly well. It has good changes in elevation and decent green difficulties. Pretty wide open but decent bunker and water positions. Need a cart. Bottom line, if you are a golfer, it is a decent way to pass some time when in Swaziland.

The Royal Swazi Golf course is really one of the most prettiest courses I have visited. The fairways are tough but if your drive is accurate no problem. The setting of the greens is challenging and could make you think! Lots of up-hill and down-hill iron shots! You must play a round of golf here when visiting The Royal Swazi Spa Hotel.
