Good breakfast spread with a variety of foods everyday.
Only irons were not included in the rooms , however they were provided upon request.

What a great place the rooms are excellent the staff are great there english for some is not so good but they always find a staff member who’s English is good
The food is great lots of choices and they have a sushi bar on the roof ( no tried )

The place itself is very good, with great rooms, really spacious, with a sliding door dividing bedroom and living room. Well decorated, with a nice bathroom.
Staff is mainly very kind and helpful.
It has a nice pool on the last floor with great views. Unfortunately there's no one in the pool bar which makes you go up and down to ask for anything.
Location is very good, with several restaurants nearby.
Breakfast is average/poor.
It's a non alcohol hotel, which is crazy weird in Mozambique!
The only major down point is the management team which is dreadful. It's hard to understand how people can truly treat that bad customers and don't even care.
Lovely rooms - very spacious in the room and then a lounge where i had space to do yoga. The service is just great and everyone is very helpful.
The lights take a few seconds to recognise you are there in the corridor so thats good for the environment but use the light on your phone -
The pool is of course wonderful.
We stayed at Palm for 8 days in December 2018/January 2019. Our very comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished apartment was located on the top floor and offered very nice views of Maputo. Beds were of outstanding quality; airco was available in every room. The whole building is brand new and very clean, and we have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Our three children loved the roof-top swimming pool. Breakfast offered everything we needed. This hotel is excellent value!
