The property is located in a very nice place in Accra very near to the Korean and Japanese Embassy. It is also conveniently located near the airport (approx. 15 minutes drive). We stayed in a two room apartment which was well furnished with the generally required essentials for long duration stays. The rooms are nice, however one of the rooms is very small (could have been larger keeping in view of the space available in the apartment). The menu in the restaurant has limited menu and is slightly expensive, which generally is a norm in Accra. The swimming pool area and fitness center is well equipped. I have reduced the rating by one point because of two reasons: a) at the point of checking in, the hotel was not aware of the booking, which was done almost 3 days prior to arriving and b) the size of the second room in two bedroom apartment. Otherwise the property deserves a five star rating.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel is in a great safe location.
We went for 4 days, to visit Accra where my husband went to school. All review is based on experience having stayed at other hotels around the world including Liberia:

Pros:
- Free airport shuttle- not uncommon though
- Restaurant in hotel is very good. We ate there a few times, and it was quite nice and service was fantastic.
- Free breakfast was good value
- room is a nice size with in room safe, and sitting area
- Safe location in central area
- Pool looked nice, though didn't end up using

Cons:
- Front desk staff is not very helpful. Though they tried to move quickly, they are not particularly sharp.. There is something major lacking in their ability to think on their feet. We had to request towels, 2-3 times each time to have them actually delivered.. But then they would call after to make sure we received. They were nice, but when we talked about things that were offered in the booklet in the room, they seemed to have no idea. They could really use some work.
The most frustrating part of this, was we had told them the day before our flight, that we would need a shuttle because it was early in the morning. Unlike most hotels, it does not just run on a regular basis. We booked it for 6:45am for Friday, and watched the front desk right it down. Next day we are downstairs at the front desk at 6:40, and noticed the shuttle just take off. Luckily my husband noticed and they were able to turn around.. Clearly no one bothered to check the books. This was the general issue with service.
- Shuttle to hotel from airport, nice feature but they were almost 40 minutes late in picking us up. We even called the hotel, and they said shuttle was on the way.. but airport only about 15 minutes way so not possible..
- AC is monitored so they don't let it just run at normal strength. Though we had it set to 16 c, it barely pushed out air. Especially at night it felt like it was shut off. It is great you are monitoring energy usage in Ghana but kinda ridiculous.
We met the manager, and she seems nice enough but could work on the staff's abilities..

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the restaurant services and food and a pity you did not get to enjoy the pool and surrounds. It is with regret to learn of the experience and some challenges you had with our front desk during your stay and the airport transfers. I would like to assure you that we will address these service issues to insure improvement in these areas. We do set the AC's in the rooms at a recommended temperature. However, guests are more than welcome to change these settings to suit their individual needs. It could be recommended that one increase the fan speed when setting the temperature as low as 16. We are glad that you were pleased with our hotel and services in general and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Ghana!

This property is quite nice, it's beautiful, modern and has private residence rooms that are quite nice for families, friends and even small groups. It is like an apartment, that has a kitchen, two very nice baths, and other amenities. Think about this even if you're staying a few nights. The rooms in the main hotel are also quite nice, modern and with great amenities. The open restaurant and bar are a nice relaxing area and the service impeccable. I would definitely use this property for any future groups or my own stay. You'll definitely want to consider it.

Room Tip: Ask about private residences that accommodate a group/family

I loved this place. The service was fabulous, room service was swift. The reception was proactive.
I'm very well travelled but this is the first time I've slept comfortably on the first night of my stay at any hotel.
The only downside is the lack of transportation on sight as it's difficult getting around the vicinity. Thank you guys...I'll definitely return.

The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel employees are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast (included in my reservation, but apparently not always the case) was good. Wifi, however, did not work well, which was a surprise given how new the hotel is and how much investment has been made in the facility. Complimentary pick-up from/delivery to the airport worked pretty well. Cantonments is located in flight paths so there's some noise from planes taking off, but not too bad. The 'gym' has new equipment, but is limited: 2 treadmills, a bicycle machine, and a small exercise machine. (Do not change money at the hotel. The rates are usurious (over 20%).)
