Our favorite eating place in Gaborone. Great food and service. Being vegetarian was not a problem either. The evening entertainment is tasteful and enjoyable.

Staying here for 2 weeks i got to see the inconsistency in service. Sometimes its good sometimes bad depending on the person and mood. Tried different pizza's as the service, good and bad. Surprisingly the staff do not differ from staying guests and normal guests.

Not a great experience. AWOL waiters and overcooked food. From the restaurants available at the Grand Palm this comes in last

Ordered a quick meal due to further after hours meetings. was pleasantly surprise - fresh, well garnished and timely delivered.

Waitrons and bar-persons friendly, not too chatty but on point.

Thanks for the service

Great place to have sundowners by the pooslide. Be careful of the monkeys if you order food because they can be a pain. The pizza menu is decent but I find prices in Botswana to be significantly more than prices in South Africa. Our waitress was always on point with filling up our glasses before they finished. This venue seems very popular with the locals and families can often be seen spending the Saturday afternoon here. The drinks menu is also well stocked with international brands too.
