Best Western CBD Hotel is a very good, city center located hotel with a variety of natural taste food; and reliable high speed internet services. The Hotel is easily accessible with direct connection to the airport and bus terminal.

Review of CBD Hotel

I stayed for two nights after my flight was delayed. The rooms are comfortable, clean, WiFi is great, air-conditioning is silent and the curtains keep the room quite dark. The hotel is in the CBD (as the name suggests), so it's excellently located for business but there aren't many touristy things to do around the hotel. Luckily the Indian restaurant on site is pretty good. The breakfast selection is alright, but don't expect a full English breakfast. The gym is massive, especially for a hotel gym.
We had a small delay with our airport pick up but the management dealt with it immediately when we checked in. The bed levy is not included in the booking.com rate which is a little frustrating when you have a tiny bill to pay on checkout with no local currency.

Nice place to stay. Convenient in terms of getting around Dar es salaam. Affordable nice meals. Comfortable rooms. Clean hotel. friendly staff. I would visit again and again to experience their service.

Right from the reception, both Hawa and Magdalena gave the warmest welcome followed with a calm escort by Yohanne to the room. At this point in time, your brain is tuned for the best in the room. This did not disappoint either. Spacious room with the right amenities for the three nights I spent in. Continental breakfast served right on time (06:00) for the early birds like us to beat the traffic jam was superb.

I liked the high level of professionalism of the hotel staff.Hawa,Magdalene,Yohanne,Emmanuel porter,Hassan,sophia,Lulu, and Deborah.
The team always put customer satifaction a number one priority. I cant waiting coming here at CBD each time i vist Dar es salaam

Tanzania is a unique country so my wife and I were unsure what to expect. We booked this hotel online, based on reviews. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and well looked after. Staff looked happy to be working there. The in hotel restaurant offered a choice of Indian and Chinese food. There was a pool bar staffed by a lovely young lady, Felicia. The ground floor restaurant was certainly a delight. The food was plentiful, tasty and reasonably priced. I have to mention two individuals who made the experience special. They were Mariam (the Supervisor) and Maharami (Waiter). They were very attentive. Thank you both for a job well done.
