Fee: Yes
Recommended length of visit: 1-2 hours
Owner description: Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

Don’t miss the Jardin Majorelle. It’s well worth the 180 MDH (combined ticket cost inclusive of the Berber Museum and the YSL Museum). Tip, if the line outside of the gardens is too long and you also wish to see the Museum, do the YSL Museum first (buy a combined ticket there) as the lines are usually much shorter, and that combined ticket allows you to skip the long lines at the Jardin. Go!

Very crowded but worth the wait. Beautifully laid out gardens with fascinating range of plants. Good restaurant and Berber Museum is worth spending time over. .....also Yves Saint Laurent collection museum.

Really beautiful garden, would be even better if not filled with people trying to take the perfect selfie.

I am not so a garden enthusiast nor was I a big fan of Yves Saint Laurant (who obviously owned it).
Well, after visiting the garden and the attached two museums YSL impressed me not once but three times during the visit.
Even if not a haute couture enthusiast I must say that the design of garden and museums is an absolut highlight of a Marrakech visit.
When visiting the garden and the waiting line is too long step back to the YSL museum, the line there is usually much shorter, and buy a ticket for everyting (Garden, Berbermuseum within the garden and YSL museum). You will find it expensive compared to other attractions in Marrakech but it is worth the price.
There are small restaurants in garden and museum with good drinks and fine food.
