Me and my girlfriend came for a weeks break in the middle of March.
Very hit and miss.
The hotel is stunning in most areas
The rooms are very spacious
Close to the airport
Well equiped gym
A few minutes drive to the medina and new town
Breakfasts are good with lots of choice
Indigo snack bar offers good daytime dining options
Fairly quiet, with no animation team
Service is generally slow
A lot of the staff are miserable
Bar closes at 11pm
The a la carte restaurants... moroccan, couldn't be less moroccan if they tried.
Italian, beef and pasta with gravy?
Instead of offering 6 mediocre dishes, would have preferred 3 decent courses
No price lists on the mini bar or signpost to say that it is not complimentary, got charged after our departure without even signing anything.
Also, there was a conference on whilst we were there, we went to the main restaurant for lunch. After being there and been served by a member of staff, I was approached by another member whilst collecting food to tell me that the restaurant had been booked out for the conference. Absolutely no communication to tell anyone, I was left angry and embarassed that he had approached me infront of so many people and made me feel like I was in the wrong.
Overall, left fairly disappointed. Mainly due to staff attitudes, which is a shame.
