Just here for 2 nights as part of a guided trip in Marocco. The hotel looks ok but in a big need of a good freshing up. Staff are friendly. There is a big swimming pool but you have to cross a busy street. Rooms are ok but with a very small bathroom that had much better times many years ago. Wifi only available at the lobby and not in the rooms.

We asked for a room with to beds and she gave us with one bed, we asked to change she said no possible, was not hot water and she told us that was summer time. Not very clean hotel and staff just average.

The hotel was quite ok, nice pool, polite service. WiFi is working only in lobby, but it is not a problem for me. The rooms are clean and well cared. It is located in a bit dirty and dangerous area, so it is good idea to stay at hotel after the dawn.

Stayed a couple of nights. The room was fine, clean and the bed was comfortable. A good exchange rate for $s at the desk. A bank is not always necessary. However, the breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Hotel Fez Inn is a three stars hotel. We stay there for two nights. There are two wings in the hotel, one without the elevator, and one with. We stayed in no elevator side and had to climb up and down to the second floor. It was O.K., we treated it as an extra exercise. For special conditions request the elevator wing (if necessary). We used the hotel hammam service and got a very good treatment, with the strong peel. However, the hammam lady didn’t speak English (just French), and we didn’t get strings (had to utilize our own underwear). Room was spacious with kitchenette space (sink and microwave), and balcony. The bed was soft. The lobby was very Moroccan with the semi fast internet. Overall, it was good!
