We had the distinct pleasure of staying with Mme. Chantal in her lovely riad for two nights in October! Making our stay even better was the fact my wife, me and our 2 friends were the only guests, so we had her undivided attention. Our room was on the top floor with a large deck overlooking Fes - an amazing view!

As spectacular as the room and the view were, the best part was the food! Delicious, 5-course, French dining at its finest!

All-in-all, a wonderful experience which I cannot recommend highly enough! Please look into staying with Mme. Chantal if you ever find yourself in Fes!

Dar al Safadi was one of the most authentic, charming and impressionable places we've ever experienced. We'd recommend it anyone who wants to truly dive into another culture, particularly us Americans. It felt like we were staying with family. Anwar and Fatta took amazing care of us, cooked us delicious meals and taught us so much about Fes and Morocco. Anwar and Chantal also helped make our trip even more smooth by arranging transportation to and from the airport, a guided tour of the souk and even appointments at the Hammam. Our room was stunning, the bathroom was priceless and our terrace view of the Medina was magical. We truly could not have had anything better.

Dar al Safadi is one of the most beautiful places i have ever been in Marocco: the host is really kind, the position is great (it is in medina). I suggest to you to taste their cousine: a perfect mix between marocco and france !!!
really really suggested if you need to discover Fes in few days and really suggested for couples (the place is very romantic!!!!)
amazing view from the terrace!!!

Room Tip: let the consierge reserve a taxi for you if you want to arrive directly to rhe hotle (it is not simple the first time)

This was our first stop in Fes and it was amazing. Arrangements were made by our guide and we were not disappointed. The courtyard is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms even were gorgeous, great breakfast. An amazing view from the rooftop. I would highly recommend a stay here.
