1 review We stayed at the George Street Suites across from the Beall Mansion as the main property was booked. While the George Street unit was nothing fancy, it was well appointed, cozy, and clean. We were still given a key to and had all access to the lower level of the mansion which was just beautiful. We gobbled the gourmet chocolates, complimentary coffee and cider, and browsed the photo albums of the mansion's restoration. Jim and Sandy have thought of everything to make their guests welcome and comfortable. They were both very sweet and gracious and it's obvious they love what they're doing. We hope to return and stay at the mansion, but the George Street Suites were very satisfactory to our needs. Thank you, Jim and Sandy!

With all the hotels in the St. Louis vicinity booked for the World Series, I had to think outside the 'box', so glad I did. I found this little gem on TripAdvisor and it was just what we needed: clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is located in the historic district, classic mansions and brick paved streets, so don't expect some slick cookie cutter motel room. Our teenage daughter appreciated having her own room. With the fully equipped kitchen, we were able to cook simple meals and keep a bottle of wine chilled. The separate living room allowed my husband to watch the Cardinals win and MU Tigers lose without disturbing us watching a movie in the bedroom. We are coming back as soon as we can.
