This was a great place to stay! Cabin was very clean and had everything needed for the weekend. We enjoyed relaxing by the river and watching people catch fish. It is so peaceful and beautiful. Camp hosts were exceptional. Can’t wait to come back next year!

GREAT place to stay! The hosts, Lorie & Raz, Mary Ann & Randy were the best! Avery is a great place to get away from it all and just beautiful. The Cabin was really nice and very comfortable. If this place were within 4 hours of home I’d be back several times a year. If you’re doing the single day St Joe rafting Cabins by the Joe is the very best place to stay before and after your rafting trip! I only wish there was a multi night discount. Otherwise it’s perfect😎
This wasn’t our first visit and will not be our last. The cabins on the St Joe River are cozy and comfortable and have everything you will need for a wonderful get-away. The grounds are well-kept and camp hosts are helpful and friendly. Beautiful river a few feet from the cabin door and miles of it to explore and fish. Also some great hiking trails nearby. Loved every minute spent there!
We came to the Saint Joe to do some fly fishing and found these cabins online. We booked #5 and it was better than a lot of hotels! Gorgeous decor from the fixtures to the countertops, to the cute little bottles of shampoo and conditioner! Bed was really comfortable. Had everything we needed including an outdoor grill. Hosts were wonderful.
We’ll-equipped Idaho Fly Fishing shop with a deli. Owner was very helpful and makes an awesome huckleberry shake. Stop by TFP for the pizza.
