The staff was great, but the "adventures" were lacking. The 4 line zipline is actually 1 line that everyone gets to do 4 times. First walk up a flight of stairs to a platform, then zipline over some plants to another platform. Remove the trolley, walk down a flight of stairs, walk back to the original platform and repeat the process 3 more times. The aqua ball was fun, but not worth the money.

We are so sorry that our adventure tour did not live up to your expectations. I can understand how you might be disappointed if you were expecting a multiple line tour. Our website clearly states that our tour includes "Four zips down the zipline". We do our best to be clear in our advertising as to what our tours offer and sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding. Most of our guests really enjoy our zipline, because it is fun for everyone and easy to access. We really strive to make all sure all our guests have a great time. Thank you very much for your feedback.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ryan and Nick because my daughter , her friend , (both 16) and of course myself had a blast , it was a change of scenery on Maui. The farm was really beautiful, both the dragonfruit and pineapple were delicious(forgot to pick my own) so next time we will! Also the drive there is breathtaking. I highly recommend making this a bucket list of things to do in Hawaii!

Such a lovely little place, family business not at all touristy. The aqua ball and zip line are extra features as the property is an organic dragon fruit farm. The staff are awesome, we met Tristan and Zac and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The location is stunning and view is amazing.

We got the combo adventure here with the aqua ball and zip line. We were greeted with some fresh fruit and a little tour of the farm which was really nice. The aqua ball was so much fun, the staff were great and kept encouraging everyone to have fun and kept us entertained with stories and travelers tips while we waited. It was a nice small group so there wasn't even that much waiting! The zip line was a little disappointing however, compared to the others you can go to on Maui this is very short and it's not really over anything special.

I would definitely recommend the aqua ball, but I would say to go elsewhere for the zip line, you can get much better ones in Maui.

The kids saw an ad for the Aquaball and there was no stopping us from going! It was a perfect change of pace - they zip-lined and rolled down an incline in a huge aquaball. My kids are 8 and 6, so it was all a great rush for them. We also got to sample dragonfruit. Jake and Jen were really kind, and Crystal was awesome in the way she handled the arrangements for us. Great customer service :)
