Owner description: "Spirit of Free Radical" our 48’ Catamaran is located on the East End of Roatan, the uncrowded, less visited end of the island. If you want an adventure snorkeling, diving, fishing and sailing in pristine waters, we do it all. Our professional crew guides you in the water snorkeling then serve you cold drinks while on board. We fire up our ships BBQ grill & load it up with Chicken & Shrimp Kabobs. Our chicken is boneless breasts cut into chunks & skewered along with onions & green peppers. Our shrimp is straight from the Local Shrimp Boats & couldn't be any fresher. Fresh Caesar Salad, & Honduran style rice round out the meal.Yum! We offer 1/2 day Cruise Ship Sail & Snorkel Excursions & full day East End Snorkel & Sail Day. The Yacht is very clean and offers 4 private washrooms. Daysail capacity is 30 guests. Private and custom charters can be arranged. Don’t miss the best part of Roatan!

We were a party of 10 and did a private sail/snorkeling with Capt. Matt. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The only downfall for us was the ride from Coxen Hole to Oakridge which was over an hour due to traffic and road construction. Too bad there isn't a closer area to pick up cruise passengers. It was less time for us on the boat, but once we got there it was a great day. Capt. Matt and his staff (Cheyna, Tie Tie and Chris) were personal, informative and helpful the whole day. Lots of great food and drinks. Our only regret....not bringing a Go Pro or underwater camera.

What an awesome day.... the best day of our Norwegian Getaway cruise!! The planning process was VERY easy communicating via e-mail with Captain Matt who was extremely responsive. Our day in Roatan started with our group of 20 being greeted by Jensen and taken to our shuttle bus (driven by Alex) for our 45-50 minute commute (we were docked at Coxen Hole) through the countryside of Roatan. Alex shared a wealth of knowledge with us about Roatan and the main island of Honduras during our drive. We were met by Captain Matt and crew and immediately took off on our sail. Everything was fantastic from the crew who were extremely attentive and engaging, the food, drinks, the snorkeling and swimming! I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone! Don't let the drive across the island deter you from booking this excursion!!! We also booked a catamaran excursion in another port of call through the cruise line, and there is just no comparison!

We were a family party of six and were the only guests that day on Capt. Matt's boat. Everything about the day was great. First the communication with Matt was easy and paying was easy. We had a nice and funny driver who picked us up down the hill from the port. The drive to the catamaran was about 40-45 minutes. It wasn't bad. The crew was right ready for us when we arrived. We did two snorkeling stops. Alex guided us in the water and found amazing things for us to look at. He also was in charge of our waterproof camera and did a great job with it. The water was a little choppy that day due to no one's fault. The water was clear to see, and the coral was gorgeous. On the second stop, we saw more fish. It was closer to the reef. Great fun diving down! Now, the food and drinks. Shawna (sorry if I misspelled your name) is a great cook!!! Of all the snorkeling trips we have taken, we've never had a full meal or home made food. We had everything from fresh muffins, cookies, chips and salsa, then the feast for lunch. For dessert, there were two cakes. I had the carrot, and it was fabulous! Plenty of local beers, sodas, waters, and blender cocktails. It was windy enough for us to sail back instead of using the power. That was delightful. Tie was a great navigator! Would highly recommend this excursion. All the other excursions go to the west. There were no crowds where we were! Excellent!

Our group returned for a second voyage with the Radical it is great to have the run of whole catamaran. We had a new captain Matt but the rest of the crew was still there which was great to see them again. We had a rougher day at sea but most still snorkeled and the food and drink were fantastic!

Captain Matt and his crew were superb.
We were picked up at our resort and drove up to Oakridge to get on the boat.
They were friendly, gave us space when parts of our party wanted it.
Did not over crowd / over book the boat.
Served up great food... great drinks...(I still need to get the recipe for the one coconut drink...) and a great day trip.
Within minutes of being on the boat I felt comfortable... the sea legs not so much but still good... and I was sitting at the very tip of the boat... slicing through the waves
We were in Roatan for 7 days. All six of my group thought the Radical Adventures provided us with our best day of the week.
I can't recommend these guys enough.

Side note if you dive I would recommend meeting up with Leif through these guys. Nice side trip. My wife and I had our best dive of the week.
