Description: The Pickled Parrot is a thatched roof restaurant and bar mere footsteps from the crashing surf of the Carribean. We have delicious blender drinks, rum concoctions and ice cold Belikin Beer. Our food is home cooked style comfort food, made from fresh organic ingredients. We specialize in hand-cut french fries, burgers, chicken cheesesteaks, and Philly cheesesteaks. Our popular everyday option is a fresh large salad topped with shrimp, chicken breast or ribeye steak. Special diets are easily accomadated. Portions are ample and prices are low. Check out the daily $10 specials on the Pickled Parrot Bar & Grill Facebook !

We had dinner here one night. Decent food, server and bartender were very nice. The atmosphere is pleasant. The live music was so-so. One of the better restaurants in Placencia Village in my opinion.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Loved it from the first time we walked in. Laid back, clean, friendly...the owner, Eugene, is a gem...and his wife. Made us feel comfortable, even sat and shoot the breeze awhile...now where do you find that nowadays...and the drinks and food was very good too.

It was a fun beach bar that we dropped into for their BZ$10 lunch. The place was filled with ex-pat's watching the World Cup.

Unfortunately, the supplier failed and there was no lionfish for the fish and chips, but the chicken stir fry was good in its place. The drinks were good. The owners were there and were very nice, making a point to introduce themselves to the guests.

Not a knock on the place, just a heads up, but it is a cash only establishment. As long as you don't walk in with minimum cash expecting to use a credit card and don't spot the "Cash Only" sign behind the bar until after you've ordered more than your cash can cover, you'll be okay.

Service was a little slow, but acceptable. Simply a beach bar that serves food. Went mid day for lunch, not too loud. Would go back to this establishment.

Very friendly atmosphere. Entertaining bartender and friendly owners. Belkins were cold! Did not eat but the buffet bar looked really good. Seemed to have a lot of locals who were regulars!
