We had breakfast here while staying at the Great House - very friendly, excellent baked goods and somewhere to sit for coffee

Coffee, fresh baked goddies, drinks... and best of all, located next to my hotel. I love their banana bread. while visiting Belize and are rushing, you must come here to take a little breather.

fair products but poor/no customer service... very disappointing for a place called "Le petit cafe"- you wait in line for passing your order to a cashier that is visibly overwhelmed and in a hurry to pass to the next customer (even at Mac Do. they do better at hiding it) since he is alone - do not ask him about any of the products because that make him wasting time and he does not like it ! - then you wait again, not in line this time but just there in the crowd of waiting customers... wondering how the h... will they know what order is yours since there may be up to ten other customers waiting there and you were not given any number nore did they ask you for your name to identify your order ...then s.o. calls you "cinnamon bun and coffee" and pushes a brown bag to you on the counter... without even verifying if it is actually yours or not...you then have to leave and find a place to sit or go outside if you cannot stand the freezing cold temperature in there...then you realize that half of your order is missing... and you may have to wait again for the missing items...because those who prepare the orders are quite slow and entertaining / distracting each other... while the cashier just speeds up ... strange way of working... room for optimizing efficiency and customer service ! Do not expect and thank you and good bye... products are a Belizean adaptation of french pastries but service is definitely not French style service.

Customer service was good. Everybody seemed quite friendly. The cappuccino was overpriced at $5.00 Australian but the food was cheap. I had the journey cake with ham and cheese and was nice. Overall a good little cafe.

We appreciate a good cup of coffee and they are not always easy to find, well these are good (albeit that the capucino and latte is not so cheap). Food (pastry and savoury) is good as well. For the kids (parents as well): approximately 10 to 15 colors/tastes of Fanta, many of which I had no seen before (e.g. ginger Fanta)
