We had a great stay. Staff upgraded us to the honeymoon suite since it was our 20 year anniversary and we stayed at the same place, but a different name, for our honeymoon. The place isn't fancy but suited our needs. It is close to the city and has 2 restaurants and a lively bar.

This is an old resort that has seen better times. We understood that it is to be torn down soon and replaced by a state of the art facility so I guess they are letting it wind down gracefully. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great and restaurant/bar on site were hot spots, but I would stay elsewhere until the new digs are available.

This motel was a rustic, but perfect for delivering the "uniqueness" of Belize. It wasn't fancy or what we call in the states as a 5 star pristine motel. We enjoyed it because it was laid back, relaxed, staff were always helpful and nice. They were always smiling and anxious to make our stay as nice as possible. It is beach front and within walking distance of downtown, bars, and dining places. The price was reasonable, plus we didn't stay in our motel room for long anyhow. We were disappointed to find out that it will be closing in May of 2017 for a larger nicer 4 story resort to come in. So if you want a mid range price for a beachfront motel - get it while you can..

Room Tip: Bedrooms all have AC, I would choose a room away from the street side.

The hotel buildings are condo type rooms on the seaside. Front desk staff are friendly and provided excellent tips on places to go. We were first time visitors to San Pedro, and Ted and Claudia got us the best price for the golf cart that we used for transportation around the island. Other guest enjoyed the layed back atmosphere. The resturant and bar on the property have a lively crowd of both locals and fuest. There will be a new constructed building on an ajacent property which is coming soon. Hope to return again in the very near future.

I was lead to believe I was renting a two bedroom deluxe suite. What we found when we arrived was a run down facility and second "bedroom" only had a pony wall for privacy (meaning none). The bed was totally shot. We moved to another resort the next morning. I still have not received a refund. They are planning to tear the place down soon so hurry if you want to try these deluxe accomodations.

Room Tip: Don't even try
