Picked up at our holiday, jeep tour up the mountain to witness a stunning sunset around the campfire. Brilliant food, singing, marshmallow toasting in the clear night air, high up on Snowmass Mountain. Friendly informative guides. Great night out !!

Our 13 year old son, my wife & I booked a Level 3 Whitewater Rafting Excursion during our visit to Aspen. Having never done this before, we were excited but unsure about our rafting abilities and what to expect. The staff of Blazing Adventures (Hilary, Ryan, Nicole and our raft guide Nathan) were all knowledgeable, professional, personable and quite entertaining. They all made us feel at-ease in preparing us for our water adventure during the hour-drive out to the Colorado River, giving us clear & detailed instructions on safely navigating ourselves through any situation we might encounter.

The personal equipment (helmets, flotation vests, neoprene booties) and rafts were all in good shape. The guides all took great care in fitting everyone, taking every opportunity to coach us on what to expect and how to react to different situations.

We all had an amazing experience and can't wait to get back onto whitewater again.

We truly enjoyed our time with Blazing Adventures' staff. Highly recommend!!

We were a group of 4 (3 of us do not know how to swim) paired with 3 other people and an amazing guide. To start with, you really are not required to know how to swim as long as you follow the commands of the instructor. It was a tough time finding parking at the main office in Aspen but the staff were kind enough to wait for me until I find parking and got on to the bus. There is good mix of peaceful flow of the water and fast rapids at times which makes it adventurous at times. We did the Double Shoshone Raft Trip. I would recommend it if you're ever in Aspen and love rafting.

Our family booked a Colorado River rafting trip with Blazing and had such an amazing time that we immediately afterward booked a hike to Maroon Bells with them too. The rafting was so much fun and Blazing was a great company to work with. The guides and staff were exceptionally nice and made us feel safe and secure the whole time. Our trip included class III rapids, which were a lot of fun the whole family - kids included. Just enough adventure without ever feeling dangerous.

Special shout out to (Irish) Ryan - a wonderful, fun and funny guy who made our trip so memorable. Ask for him! We were so happy after rafting that we went on our hike with Ryan too (and Kevin - also a great guy). They took us into Maroon Bells with such enthusiasm and happiness - you could tell how much they love their jobs. Going with Blazing, we didn't have to worry about getting there or the fact that you basically can't drive yourself given parking restrictions during the daytime. And the views at Maroon Lake and, at the end of the hike up at Crater Lake, will never be forgotten. Could we have done the hike without Blazing? Yes, but it wouldn't have been nearly as easy or nearly as much fun.

Highly recommend this company -- and Ryan and Kevin in particular -- for both rafting and hiking. Would not hesitate to go out with them again - in fact already looking forward to it on a future trip!

We did the Colorado River SUP trip. Staff at the shop were super friendly and welcoming. Our guide Mike was awesome, entertained us on the ride up and back with great stories and useful information about the area. Our guide assessed our groups overall skill and let us crush it down the river! Kept it fun. We always felt safe and confident of what to do if we fell off. Lunch afterwards was a great touch!
Good times from booking to finish!
