The location was outstanding, There was a lot of room. The place seemed really nice on paper. There were several issues however. Hair on shower floor, Blood on bathroom towel, broken garbage disposal, and ants on the floor in kitchen and dining room area. Stay Alfred was very willing to compensate us for these issues, but we would expect not to have those kind of issues at such a nice place. I recommend it knowing there might be some issues if they haven't addressed cleaning, maintenance, and pest control.
We traveled to Washington DC with two teenage grandsons. Flying into Reagan Washington National Airport we were less than a 20 minute cab ride away from where we were staying. Stay Alfred's Downtown Landsburg location was perfect for us as the two-bedroom Condo gave us plenty of space for the four of us.
Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, a close by Metro, or easy Uber ride! The Landsburg is located within walking distance of many great restaurants which was a plus with two growing boys! After DC we traveled via Amtrak from Union Station which is only 9 blocks or so from The Landsburg to Penn Station in New York 6 blocks from our hotel there. We definitely would stay again!

Our 8th Street apartment was perfect for our trip. We have older kids and wanted to be able to see as many museums as possible during our short stay. The building is just 2 blocks from the National Archives and 3 blocks from the National Mall. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. And at night we had plenty of space in the apartment to stretch out and relax.
This was a great condo in a convenient location for sightseeing. There were great restaurants close and a CVS right next door. The teens enjoyed the pool and workout room.
This is a great condo just a few blocks from the National Mall and a few blocks from Chinatown Metro station. Condo is spacious and has great pool and workout facility. The block it sits on has CVS for easy groceries and toiletries and tons of restaurants. Spy Museum and Fords Theatre are only a couple of blocks away as is National Archives. Totally enjoyed our stay here especially as we are a family of 5 with 3 big boys who need more room than a hotel room can provide us. Eating breakfast inside every day saves some money, along with the condo convenience of an in room washer and dryer are pluses also.
