Randall was great and so was Daniel, the driver.
However, a lot happened at the end of the tour to dampen the experience. My friends and I were picked up at the Hyatt by shuttle
and brought to the bus. There was a shortage of buses; we waited on the sidewalk for one. Eventually, the tour began . Randall knows his history. He and Daniel deserve five stars.
However , after Randall left, Daniel was left with occupants on the bus who needed to be dropped off at the hotels. Where were the shuttles that had picked us up? GONE! Daniel passed the Hyatt. He did not know that we came from it. He was in Georgetown dropping people off. He wanted to go home, but had to drive the big bus through traffic back to the Hyatt.
So, does this happen each evening? If so, I would advise against being tempted by the hotel pickup. Have the tour company clarify that you will
be dropped off at the hotel. “NO” is not an option.
The company needs to get their act together. Edna M.
