Owner description: Make a splash in our Nation’s Capital aboard the DC Ducks, 1942 amphibious transport vehicles used to support and carry troops during World War II. Today they are a great way to see Washington by both land and sea. Winding our way first through the monuments, the Mall, the Capitol and museums of the Smithsonian before splashing into the Potomac and under the flight path at Reagan National Airport. Its fun for all ages!

We had great quacking adventure with captain Dave on June 27, 2018. We made many amazing photos from Potomac River. I really like that. Wonderful for families, kids will love special gift on board.

Fun filled excursion to see the highlights of DC area and to enjoy a cruise on the Potomac river. Our guide was Capt Nemo who was great company and made the trip a lot more interesting. Lots of information about the city in a 90 mins trip .

A recommended tour in DC .

I went on a duck tour with my husband and grand daughter who is 12 years old and she loved it. I think that it’s a great experience for any age. We learned some interesting facts about places that are very popular to visit, and ones that most people didn’t know about. Our duck tour guide was captain Steve. He knew so much about the art and architecture of all the buildings that we passed. He also had a great sense of humor and kept the trip fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to couples, families and if you are even going solo.

The duck tour was fun and educational. Our family loved it. Captain Dave led an amazingly informative tour throughout the city for all ages. He was very friendly with the kids and was funny. I loved how he explained that the African American History Museum was our history as Americans. It was such a powerful yet simple statement. He knew lots of details about many aspects of the city and we learned a great deal. The only downside was the boat was loud and the fumes were overbearing at times. Once when the waves got very rough he was very assuring even though I just knew we were all goners. I highly recommend his tour.

Very easy to book, ran on time, great way to see a lot w/o the hassle of driving! Planes overhead near the airport - so cool! Was the end of the day on a warm Saturday, Capt Rob was OK, wish he would have been a bit more animated/interactive. Read so many great reviews about great guides, but we were slightly disappointed. He did tell us a lot of interesting info though. Played country music in the background the whole time - that was a bit weird. Did not offer any of the kids a chance to steer the boat. All in all, a great deal and a good experience though. Kids enjoyed it.
