Located right on one of the main streets through old town Vilnius, Decantus is a small wine cafe in an excellent location and serving up some very good wines. They have about a dozen wines available the glass and more available by the bottle. The young man working the bar the night I visited made good recommendations, and I settled on a nice Cote de Rhone. Half a dozen tables set out on the sidewalk make this a delightful place to sip a wine and watch the evening parade of people -- locals and tourists -- through the neighborhood. As in so many places in Vilnius, you order at the bar.
