Nice place with a lot of tourists, but it is worth going here to relax here. It is always better to take your own slippers, swimsuits, bath towels and a bathrobe. The ideal stay is 4 hours.

Excellent in the morning early, I can’t speak for the rest of the day. In the end there was a lot of people already, children.. but pools are good and the place has a lot. Steam rooms are great.

I'd never been in a thermal bath before so no comparison. It was so incredibly relaxing. Definitely go as early in the day as you can, we left at 1.30pm as it had started to get busy then. We only went in the outside pool so cannot comment on inside.

Some of the staff were nice... others not so much. My partner was told that we had to have flip flops even though we had read they were not required. It turned out that they were not compulsory but we had bought them by the point we realised which was a little frustrating.

Overall, super relaxing and a must in Budapest. Just pick timing carefully.

Way to many people, the bath was not clean. The floors was dirty, the water was dirty. You could see dirt in the water. It smelled like bad cloak everywhere.

The saunas where okay.

The offer of food was bad.

Went on a Sunday afternoon - probably the busiest time, but still - and was horrified. The place was seriously overcrowded, literally shoulder-to-shoulder in every pool except the freezing cold ones. They need to put maximum numbers in place. The pools we went in were just above lukewarm and the air everywhere was cold which meant we were uncomfortably cold the whole time - in and out of the water. I stuck my head into one of the saunas and it was rammed with people - there's no way that's relaxing let alone hygienic. And there were people coming and going and coming and going into the saunas the whole time which meant that, as well as over-crowded and unhygienic, they were also unlikely to be hot because of the doors being repeatedly opened. The water in the pools looked dirty and stank of sweaty feet and there were amorous couples heavy petting and grinding against each other all over the place and no staff to make them stop. I had to get out of one pool because there was a party of Spanish girls shrieking at each other at full volume and again, no staff to police bad behaviour. The showers just before the changing rooms are so badly maintained that they spray outward and upward (you have to see it to believe it) and there were people filming with their mobile phones everywhere. We stayed a stressful 40 minutes when I could take no more of it. Hands down the worst spa experience I've ever had. Awful. Just no.
