This lovely flat is situated a stone's throw from Lazienski Park and is ideally situated for long walks in a botanical paradise filled with birds and red squirrels. The bus stops are very close to the flat and using the frequent reliable buses you can quickly hop into the centre of Warsaw. Very conveniently there is a small local supermarket directly opposite the gated development which opens 7 days a week and supplies all the necessary food stuffs. The flat itself is well contained in a 1935 building and bright with a pleasant garden area and patio for having breakfast outdoors. The flat was very clean and tidy and the owner has obviously taken great care to offer potential guests every possible comfort. From washing powder to a sewing kit and from tour guide and history books to a charming map of the word on the wall where guests can flag their home countries! The living room also doubles up as a bedroom but if you are simply a couple this is fine and the room is very spacious. The owner is charming and polite, easily contactable and very accommodating (she booked our taxi to the airport and allowed us to leave our packed luggage in the flat until departure). This was an ideal place for us to stay when our daughter goes to Warsaw University which is 10 minutes bus ride away. We will definitely be back to stay at this lovely garden flat.

This apartment comes with every little thing that you could possibly need. A bit far from city center, but very close to the Royal Park. The only thing missing was a phone to call taxi, something that an apartment in Reykjavik, Iceland provided. I was lucky that upon my departure a taxi happened to drop a passenger next door; otherwise I had to walk with my luggage to a hotel which was not very close.
This apartment is a an absolute gem, it is all in the detail. Karolina should be on UK national TV giving a master-class in hospitality ! Many Thanks, Andrew.
I travel often and ever since it became easy to book apartments for short term stays I completely abandoned staying in hotels. I am in Warsaw often and have stayed in numerous places but this is definately the best! The owner is super nice, andhas thought of everything you might need for your comfort plus you have the garden. I recently discovered that there is a great place called Dzik right next door- great for food and drinks.
I would recommend it to everybody, much cheaper than a hotel and the experience and quality is uncomperable!

Next to the royal garden in a nice part of Warsaw.
Very well kept appartment exactly as photo's show, with a groceryshop very close by.
Make dinner at home or go to the blue cactus.
Walking to the old town and shopping area is quite (but very nice) a walk so you better take the (frequent) bus to town (4 zloty) or a taxi for +/- 15 Zloty.
Host is very friendly and welcoming, she's very willingly to tell what to do and where to go.
Be sure tot pick a licencened taxi!!!!
