My wife and I spent 5 nights in the Imperial Hotel. The room was huge-the bedroom was about 250sq ft. The bathroom was also large with the latest fixtures. There was a half-bath that I used for everything but showering.
Wifi is exellent. I checked its downlopad speed several times and it never was below 35mbits/s!!
The staff was excellent and very responsive. They were able to handle any question or request we had. All spoke a English, some, as expected, better than others.
Breakfast was typical European-breads, meats, fruits, etc. There breakfast area has an espresso machine which we gave a good workout. Coffee tasted excellent.
Location is at the southwest corner of the large market square. We were able to walk to all of the great sites without problem.

we highly recommend the Imperial Hotel if you're planning a trip to Krakow. You won't be disappointed. We certainly will stay here on our next trip to Krakow.

My wife and I had a double room in this hotel from 14 - 19 March 2018. The entry off the street is not very attractive but the reception area is cozy, if a bit old-fashioned. The reception staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and very efficient. The twin bedded room 206, overlooking the street, was clean, nicely decorated and very warm, proof against the outside elements. The bathroom was equally large and beautifully warm. We only had one breakfast in the hotel which was terrific with a large choice of hot and cold foods. As we found elsewhere in Krakow the service personnel were great - smiling and helpful. The hotel is only 50 metres from the main square with many eating and drinking places and, of course, the glorious church of St. Mary’s Basilica in the opposite corner of the square. Altogether a great place to stay.

The hotel was in the middle of Krakow's square, it was amazing to go out and be in the center of everything...all the restaurant, bars an pubs around. You don't need a taxi or bus just do down with elevators. The room was suuuper clean with water and sparkling and small fridge.
The bathroom was big and clean with all the stuff, next day my room was cleaned again. It was excellent vacation great experience I will love to come back again and stay for longer in this perfect hotel !
The past part is that the hotel is suuuper quiet all the time, can't hear any noise from outside.
Thank you for hosting me

Stayed here early march for 3 nights. We arrived late evening on a Sunday and the hotel staff were very welcoming. They helped us book the camps trip from the reception desk.

Rooms are very spacious and quite quiet. Unlike some of the Travelodge and Premier Inn rooms I've stayed in. The hotel is very accessible to the main market Square. For this reason the rooms can seem a little loud at times with the crowds coming off the main square but this is expected and did not bother us.

Would stay here again! Very good for those who want to be in the middle of old town Krakow. Many of Krakow's attractions are close together and with this hotel being central it is well worth booking

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. It is great to read that you highlighted the premium location of our property, unfortunately there are some inconveniences linked with that as well. We are extremely happy that our team was able to provide you an excellent service. We hope it won’t be too long before we have the opportunity to welcome you back to Hotel Imperial.
