It is seldom that one can see the wait staff working as hard to please the customers as in the White Marlin. I am full of admiration for the wait staff. It is a pity that the kitchen has no idea about managing the timing of the dishes. They never heard of serving all dishes to the table at the same time. The dishes come out haphazardly if they come out at all. We had a table for 6, but only 5 received their meals. The waitress was very apologetic claiming “the kitchen messed up”, but there was no reaction whatsoever from the management. White Marlin has the potential but with the current management and the current chef it will remain a poorly managed restaurant. It will not reach its potential. A pity.
