This was our 2nd stay at Paradise Found and we can't think of a better name for the property. Paulina makes you feel most welcome with both her very fast e-mail responses and then a tea tray with scones and cream on our arrival. As others have mentioned the view out across the Sound is superb with plenty of shipping activity of all varieties to keep you entertained, and then there's the sunsets !. There are numerous opportunities for walking either the coastal paths or down onto the beaches. The accommodation is very well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout.
If you want somewhere to just get away from it all then 49 Bovisand Park is that place
The only drawback ...... having to leave !
Outstanding panoramic view of the Sound taking in the Breakwater, forts and the many passing ships and even a submarine made No. 49 very special. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient. Little touches like a tea set and cake made us feel welcome and we enjoyed every moment at Paradise Found. We also enjoyed walking along the coastal path and visiting Plymouth. A wonderful stay. Thank you Paulina.
This chalet had everything we deeded, Kitchen ready to use, living room and bed rooms very comfortable. Amazing view to the sea. Away from the city stress but if needed Plymouth is just 30 minutes away. Accessing roads in very good condition but very narrow giving space for one car to cross it could be a stress test in summer time.
When you arrive it just beautiful place, you have parking place very close to the chalet.
I will come back.
A lovely property in a beautiful location, for us it had everything. We wanted peace, quiet, comfort, views, walks etc and we got the lot.
The owner was great, nothing was too much trouble for her and we cannot wait to go back, but for longer.
Thanks P. for everything
At no point in the description of the property was it mentioned that it is necessary to climb some steep and deep concrete steps to reach the bungalow. I have quite severe arthritis and have had replacement knee and hip ops and hubby has emphysema.
We Choose a bungalow when we go away because we want everything on the level and don't expect to have to carry our suitcases and shopping up what feels like the side of a modest cliff.
Apart from that, the bungalow was great, three sitting out areas , fantastic views etc. The motto is....... Don't get old!!!!!!
