There were 9 of us when we tried Jurby Karting.
The track is really good and its a good length too...karts are well maintained.
A good change from flying round the island on a motorbike...
Only loses a star for me because it could have been even more fun if the organisers put some effort into making a series of qualifying rounds and made sure that peoples names were featured alongside kart numbers....
Nobody in our group knew how good or bad they were !!

Over for the Southern 100 + family break in the IOM & decided on a Father vs. Son Karting session.
Great location, excellent long & open track, friendly people & good machinery.
A full 30 minutes with a clear track.
Had an ace day (despite 14 year old son bearing xx year old Father.....)
Highly recommended - give it a go for yourself!

My wife organised Karting for my son's birthday, from the moment we arrived we were made welcome and fitted out with all the safety equiment required for the karting session. A full briefing was given explainng all the safety points and what to do in the event of certain flags being waved. The Karting was great fun and I would thourghly recommend it to locals and visitors on the Island.

I took myself and our 2 boys (13 and 11) karting today at Jurby. What a professional outfit this is, with safety and fun as the 2 priorities. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and our safety briefing as well as us being led round the track a couple of times was brilliant.
We had 30 minutes - we could have gone on longer, since we were really in the groove. The karts are FAST, the track is LONG and WINDY with a fabulous variety of turns, banking and straights. Everything was as you'd expect if you were in a championship race. We even had our times printed out - with each lap time, our overall positions, and our fastest laps.
We will go again. Just the best - thanks all at Jurby Karting - wonderful

Had a brilliant afternoon karting here with two friends. We were the only people there and had the track to ourselves. The Karts were very well maintained and had no damage. The overalls and helmets were also in good nick.
The track itself was what made the day. It is one of the longest go karting tracks I've ever used, tacking roughly 1 minute to complete, and it was great fun. I'd thoroughly recommend it for small groups because even if your spread out the track was fun and challenging enough to keep you engaged.
Note: We went mid-week shortly after the IOM TT race week but had to book as we were informed they would not be open without a booking.
