For a family we found nissi avenue perfect, plentyof restaurants fully equpped with children play areas. Walking to nissi beach was manageable for kids but felt the need for taxi home. (12 euros as 8 persons. ) there was a beach closer which was just as good. Had a private boat trip from ayia napa food was excellent .
Villa was equipped with everything you possibly think of.
We would book again.
Stayed for 2 weeks in july, had a great holiday, villa location is great, only 10 mins walk from the square but its really quiet where the villa is, so if you fancy a night out its great, but if its a quiet night in then
its perfect for that aswell, 4 of us stayed here and there was plenty of room, spoke to the owner after we arrived and he was very helpfull and friendly, would stay here again
We were pretty tired on arrival so it was very welcome to see the pack greeting us for snack/breakfast and a nice bottle of red! The facilities were perfectly adequate and we made good use of the dishwasher, washing machine and bbq area. Swimming pool was fine and we generally had a lovely time. Slightly off the beaten track but that’s not necessarily bad but would say the villa is perfect for 6 by a bit of a squeeze for 8. Thank you very much for having us
Staying at the villa Nishita was a very enjoyable experience. Subha is a great host with a lot of flexibility, as she allowed us to keep our luggage in the house after checkout.
The villa is of perfect size and fully equipped. The pool is nice and clean, and exposed to direct sunlight for unobstructed sunbathing during daytime. The villa is located in a calm residential neighborhood relatively far from the centre of Ayia Napa but still reachable within a 20minute walk. We personally rented ATVs which made it easier. The perk is that the parking is spacious enough to fit 3 ATVs comfortably. The welcome was warm with the host providing helpful tips and breakfast in the fridge.
Highly recommended for a group of friends looking for a peaceful getaway in Ayia Napa.
