Very friendly and informative service, well-appointed rooms and literally a 1-minute walk from the Shark Cage Diving services in Gansbaai.
Easy to reach via Hermanus (about 35 minute drive) and a good location to add as you ease yourself into the Garden Route.
Also worthwhile to zip down to L'Agulhas (about 1h drive) to visit the most southern tip of Africa and Parrie the Stingray at Struisbaai harbor (if he is in that day).More

I highly recommend staying here, the staff and management are fantastic and really go out of their way to assist. Very clean, organised and super friendly and located just next to the activity of cage shark diving. I would definitely stay there again.

From the time of making the booking to the time of check out, everything here was super smooth! Monique is such a pleasant host and was undoubtedly our favourite host for our entire vacation! I had multiple questions before I went but she was available to answer them on text almost immediately. The place is extremely cosy and super clean. The view of the ocean is the cherry on top. We got lucky and had the whole place to ourselves. The upstairs lounge area was our favourite place to chill in the evenings. There is a restaurant right opposite the road which serves delicious food! On our last day, Monique put up a 5 star breakfast for us at the guesthouse. Overall, an amazing place to try out in Gansbaai!!

This place is amazing - location is ideal, rooms are clean and spacious, nicely furnished. The breakfast was top notch! Service was impeccable - they were responsive and flexible, and so helpful with suggestions when my tour was cancelled. I will stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Monique was a great host and took very good care of us. The room and its bathroom was very modern and the location perfect for us. Great breakfast was served. There is a nice terrace to sit on. Absolutely recommended

We spent two nights at the White Shark Guest House and it was absolutely lovely! There were four of us so we rented the downstairs cottage... it was SO NICE! The cottage was super clean, nicely decorated, has two very spacious bathrooms and all of the amenities one would need in the kitchen. Rene is the most delightful hostess and makes you feel like YOU are the guest she has been waiting for! The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options and was very tasty. I highly recommend WSGH to anyone traveling to Gansbaai !
