We were absolutely satisfied with our dinner - without any reserve whatsoever... The restaurant interior is simple but stylish, the waitress seemed to like us and - - - this was fusion cuisine at its best, quite unexpectedly... The shared starter was brilliant: a warm and slightly oily walnut bread (four slices!) with goat cheese and figs, so delicious at a ridiculously low price. My husband was full of praise already comparing the quality to Michelin starred restaurants back home. And then the ordered seafood risotto was placed in front of him - an assortment of muzzles, calamari and scallops arranged on a silky risotto, spicy but not killing the seafood flavours. The portion was so generous that he could only finish half of it. I had ordered "Miso-Based Atlantic Salmon". The fish was presented with a wonderfully crispy skin, accompanied by a wakame salad (really good), finely cut strips of grilled eggplant, reddish ginger and snow peas in a wasabi sauce, a mouth-watering eye catcher by itself and all the more so by the elegant tableware. We had a bottle of Pepperjack Shiraz und a straight Kahlua for the road (walking distance only of course) and the bill was not much higher than for previous dinners elsewhere. Thanks a lot to the chef and his team!

We enjoyed dinner at Edwards Waterfront over looking the Portland pier and harbour as the sun went down, lovely. Plenty of seating inside and out, recommend bookings as quite a busy location. Plenty of choices on the menu and a full bar, we did enjoy some local red wines also. The meal was lovely and served in good time from ordering all 3 courses. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and offer booths for families and highchairs. Lovely dining experience and hope to return one day, thanks again to all the staff.
