Myself and 2 friends only had 12 hours at this delightful cottage and as we found it very clean and charming with simple but thoughtful inclusions, would have liked to have stayed longer. Peter was pleasant and prompt with enquiries and booking, the location is ideal, being on a relatively quiet street and within walking distance to city centre. Being on the high side of an elevated street, it also offered great views over Launceston. Would definitely recommend and return.

House & location were everything that the website promised. Views of Launceston CBD, port and valley were great.
House was well set-up and most comfortable. Everything is in walking distance, however, for us seniors, Launceston is a very very hilly place.

We spent 5 nights and the beds were comfortable. The heaters were on for our arrival. So much care. Very impressed. Kitchen was well thought through and well supplied.
Wonderful views to down town and Trevellyn. Will be back.

“Fabulous”
Reviewed 27 December 2016 for a stay in December 2016

Great house, spacious, clean, well stocked and centrally located. The washing machine, line, drying rack (with pegs) and dryer were most appreciated after 10 days of travelling. The kitchen was modern with a big fridge. The kids were very excited about the Internet access. Beds were comfortable.

“Perfect stop.”
Reviewed 9 December 2016 for a stay in November 2016

We stayed with another couple and with two large bedrooms, large bathroom and separate toilet we had plenty of room. Everything was well kept, very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Beds were very comfortable with good quality linen. It is a short walk to cafes, parks and the cbd, with lovely views. They don't supply toiletries or toilet paper so bring your own, but it was a great stay.
