This is a wonderful place to visit while in Wellington. Admission is free and there is so much to see and do. The exhibits are well done and some of the exhibits change every time we have visited there, so there is always something new to see.

So much history and culture in this building. From the floor dedicated to the awesome history of the Maori to the haunting and inspiring exhibition of World War from a New Zealand perspective, which is highlighted by the incredible models and designs done by the Weta Workshop, this place is 'Must See' for all travellers and locals alike.
Get there, go, Now.

Probably one of the best museums I have ever visited. Such attention to detail and the ability to tell a story that leaves visitors captivated and almost reliving it themselves! Don’t miss out on this museum if you are in the area.
