Stevo our guide on the Wayoutback Day Tour to Litchfield asked if anyone would prefer to be dropped off at Mindil Night Markets instead of their hotel. Why not have a look at these iconic market. The sun still had an hour in the sky so we wandered around taking in the place which is set up right behind the beachfront and mainly consists of food stalls. With the Bush Barbie still not being fully digested we decided to share a paella. Served in the open air out of the biggest Paella Pan I have seen it was simply delicious. I have certainly tasted a lot worse in Spanish Restaurants. A lot of other people must have a similar view because when we leaving after sunset the chef was just getting another giant paella going in his cooking dish. Talking of sunset when the sun begins it's descent for another day walk up on to the sun dunes and sit down and witness another end of the day. I know it has been happening for millions and millions of years but the beauty of it never fails to amaze. It certainly equalled those on the Greek Isle Santorini. A wonderful end to a long day.
