There was a 10% bank holiday surcharge which put us off straight off, as Brits we don’t see this although there seems to be a fair few places do it. We ordered chopped brisket, which was a bit fatty and dry, mac and cheese, which was okay but nothing special, sausage which was okay, and pulled pork fries, which were the best bit. The gravy was a bit salty but really delicious overall. Not the worst bbq place we’ve been to but definitely not the best.
