From the get-go, the staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming - helped us with any questions we had, provided us with recommendations and was available to help when needed. The room was luxurious and quaint, facilities and utilities were high quality. We did have to bring our own shower gel and shampoo which we had anyway. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms with stunning views. The building seemed very intimate as I understand the part of the hotel I stayed was freshly renovated. The locker room was a great addition, boot warmers included. An easy access to the slope as I could just walk up some stairs in seconds and be on the snow. The spa and jacuzzi facilities were not at all crowded, usually after chairlift hours, there would be max. 6 or so people. The spa room is just what you need at the end of the day. I can confidently say that I would stay here again!

Just reopened having been changed into apartments. Nicely furnished and well equipped for self catering. Easy access to piste with ski in / out. The staff have been very helpful and welcoming. We are already taking about coming back next season 👍😀

Just returned yesterday from this gem of a hotel in a party of 5 couples.
Very nice place to stay ,the ski in and out facility was wonderful , the spacious heated boot room was a bonus.
All the staff went above and beyond to help and provide an excellent service with a smile.
The food was plentiful and well cooked and served by lovely staff with excellent bottles of complimentary wine.
Home made scones, cakes and cookies very welcome at the end of a busy day on the slopes.
Rooms were roomy and comfy with beautiful views of the mountains.
Thankyou Nielson for making our holiday very memorable.
