A very nice hose in the mountains near Perugia.
The house was well equipped, even wood for the oven.
We had a great time there. The owner was very nice and helped with every question we had.
Couldnt test the pool, because it was to cold and it wasnt ready to use, but that was ok.
The villa itself is historically interesting, being a former monastery. Now converted to a comfortable villa, it is spacious and well equipped. At the rear of the villa, there is a well tended garden with olive trees and a vineyard just over the boundary wall. The views of the Umbrian countryside are breathtakingly beautiful.
The pool is a good size and there's also a table tennis table.
The owner lives a few hundred metres away and is always available to help with any questions. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the wine from the owner's vineyard; we also brought back olive oil from the owner's trees.
The centre of Perugia is easily accessible, being about 15 minutes' drive away.
Our family group had a really unforgettable holiday here and I thoroughly recommend it.
