This was our first time at Elveden Center Parcs and we did not want to leave! We visit Center Parcs every year, usually winter time, and Elveden left such an impression on us that we’ve decided not to book a summer sun holiday abroad next year but to spend seven days here instead. We made full use of the pool with the Tropical Cyclone, rapids and the various slides. You couldn’t get me off them and I don’t usually do pool activities. Plenty of wildlife around especially at our lodge as we were positioned next to a lake with beautiful scenery.

Centre Parcs has to be a favourite of the family. We have been going for years and now the kids are older they still love it..!!!
It’s an easy holiday for any family. You haven’t far to walk to get anywhere and the activities on offer are brilliant. We did take advantage of the electric boat out on the lake, I’d recommend this as we thoroughly enjoyed it.
As a family we stayed in a basic lodge, this was clean and had everything you needed. Watching the different wildlife at your patio doors is wonderful.
There are different types of lodges but it’s about how much your willing to pay. We did walk to the treehouses, they look amazing.
We did call into the sports bar for an evening however the drinks are expensive. We still enjoyed ourselves, there is plenty of space to sit.
The swimming pool is great fun, big and loads of different things you can do, sit in the main pool and enjoy the waves, every half hour, use the flumes and the outside pool which leads to the water rapids!! There are plenty of lockers and changing rooms but I can see this area getting very congested in peak times and especially if it’s raining!
On arrival your given a rubber bracelet, this acts as your lodge key and locker key so you don’t have to fiddle about with keys and change.
All the staff that we met were friendly and helpful.
We do enjoy Elveden Forest and look forward to returning very soon.

We’ve been coming here annually for years and we were mostly quite disappointed this year, mostly with the restaurants.

The facilities itself were fine, but we had such bad service in most of the restaurants most days, if ruined our days. We spent most of our time waiting for food or complaining! It had definitely made us question if we will be returning next year...

Kids Activities: We booked my 3 year old in some children’s activities and she enjoyed those, but the Easter Bunny Hunt was a bit of a rip off and disappointing. She wasn’t even given an egg at the end of it!
The story telling was really good and recommend for younger children, my daughter loved it.

Bowling was good fun and the kids disco was a big hit.

Cafe Rouge - truly awful in every possible way. Terrible service, nearly 2 hour wait for food & horrible food. We complained and would not return there or any cafe Rouge again. We complained to the manager who was nice and apologetic but it ruined our evening.

Hux - good food and one of the best restaurants there, but the service wasn’t great the first night but we returned a second time due to the food, and it was much better.

Foresters Inn - terrible service & breakfast was over cooked, a bit cold and not nice.
Drinks were served after the food and after chasing a number of times. I definitely wouldn’t return.

Sports Cafe - breakfast was fine, delivered fairly quickly and all at the same time. Much nicer than the Forresters Inn.

Do NOT take personal, expensive push bikes here because if they get stolen like ours did last night no one cares!!! The head of security wouldn’t even look at the cctv footage which may I add is only at the entrance/exit.
