“All mod cons & a great Location for Lyme Bay”
Reviewed 12 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that faces west so it is great for sunsets over the West Cliff. Well appointed, high standard of decor and equipment with a lift direct from the underground car park. This has the added advantage of avoiding the sea gull mess on car which is often a problem at the seaside. It has the usual freeview type TV chanels and good wifi. the TV has an HDMI socket so it is possible to view BBC iplayer etc from tablets. There was a DVD player and lots of DVDs. The washing machine was quiet and easy to use. All you might need in the kitchen if you want to cook and there was butter, jam bread and milk as a useful starter. In June we found the neighbours were very quiet and no noise problems. Excellent shower and the heated towel rails helped dry the towels for the next day in a cool summer.
West Bay (also known as Bridport Harbour and the site of ITV Broadchurch) has a Spar about 2 minutes away by car, a Morrisons about 5-10 minutes away on the outskirts of Bridport & Waitrose in the centre of Bridport.
Great location for walking over the spectacular West and East cliffs as well as visiting other Lyme Bay sites such as Lyme Regis, Charmouth etc. Plenty of local information from owners. Great wet fish shop if you like to cook, good local beer in pubs and places to eat although we only self catered.

“Beautiful Apartment”
Reviewed 28 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

I would just like to say how lovely the apartment is and how well equipped it is..My wife left me and dad to our own devices to pack so inevitably we forgot a few things but we needn't have worried. Our second day, preparing a picnic,I realised I hadn't brought any sandwich boxes..or a flask..and lo and behold there they were in the cupboards.Every eventuality seems to be covered.I even spotted a set of utensils for eating crab and lobster...The only downside..no pizza cutter ...( only joking).
We were felt very comfortable .its very clean but has a nice homely feel. The bedrooms were very roomy and the ensuite done to a very high spec. The little touch of tea coffee and bread and jams was most welcome thank you.
The gated underground parking is a godsend.
My wife found this place for me and dad after trawling the Internet for many hours and I hope to bring her here to reward her for her hard work in the not too distant future.
Thanks again.

“Excellent property and location”
Reviewed 14 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

This is the first time we have stayed in West Bay and hopefully it will not be the last. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was in super condition. The secure underground parking was very useful. We had dinner at the Riverside Restaurant which was excellent for a special occasion. The George was good value and excellent for pub type food.

“Excellent- everything thought of- highly recommend!”
Reviewed 5 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We have just returned from a long weekend in West Bay- a beautiful part of the country and made all the more enjoyable by the wonderful apartment we stayed in.
Great location, but more than that, everything had been thought of. Travelling with 2 young children we didn't need to bring anything- travel cot, high chair etc was all provided. Games, DVDs, books too. The welcome pack was a lovely added extra. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any family, couple-old or young, friends. A great place in a great spot.
