The atmosphere as you walk inside is mesmerising, it is a small niche in paradise. The terrace is a lovely space to dine and the inside is decorated beautifully.
The appetisers are a great prelude to what is to fallow, we had the Sea Scallops that were delicious with a new twist in a green apple sauce, the cold and hot plate was a new experience. The Battuta di Fassona was exquisite, on a bed of burrata and a very generous quantity of truffle shavings and quail egg.
As mains we had The Fritto di Pesce, it was light and extremely tasty, salt was perfect and you feel every taste bud working to flavor the gamberi, calamari, anchovies and vegetables and to our surprise a small amount of pineapple. The Salmon in Zucchini Crust was cooked perfectly and had enough sauce that you finished everything without feeling that something was missing. The Vitello cooked in Souve was tender with a light crust of anchovies and mixed vegetables, definitely the protagonist on the plate.
The portions are perfect and if you behave an not eat all of the amazing fresh bread that is served you will have a complete culinary experience. The staff is very attentive to every need.
We have gone multiple times for dinner and every time we have experienced something new and marvelous.
