Cosy standard room with coffee facilities & homemade cookies Comfortable bed, but pillows were a bit too flat. Lovely shower but bathroom a bit too cold. No hairdryer, so remember your own. Decent breakfast with great tasting coffee, not always the case in a lot of other places Staff were very friendly. A few big shops around & cosy town centre near by. We ate at Rådhuscafeen & the food was great. The starters were a bit too big, but hey mustn't complain. The waitress was very friendly & helpful All in all a great experience & would definitely stay here again. Oh and as an added bonus there were two cats there aswell

Nice and clean hotel for a good price, I can only recommend it and I am giving it 5 starts. It only takes 10-15minutes to drive to the center of Esbjerg. The food was very good, traditional Danish food.

Room tip: All rooms are good

Setup as a motel, not a hotel as several have pointed out. Easy accessible by main road, wifi and internet is good and bed is decent. On the downside, if you arrive after 1930 you can forget any dinner. And if you are later than 2000 you can also forget anything in the bar. So be early or go out for food and drinks (downtown area about 2 kms away). OK place to stay for one night while travelling by, but I would not stay here for a longer period of time.

As others have written this resembles an American motel and is average at best, but not poor. The rooms are very small and basic, but for a single night they'd be fine when the temperature is less than 20 degrees C outside.

Our room facing away from the sun and towards the industrial complex on the back side was very warm, and there was no fan or A/C. Opening the window was an issue because of other gusts having loud conversations outside the rooms (because of the heat) so we had trouble sleeping.

One big plus though is that the queen size bed is ONE madras and not two. When you are a couple it's nice to have a single madras.

The setting is nice, garden/pond/seating area, dining room, breakfast, parking all good. Unfortunately the rooms were very basic, bathroom was poor and kitchen area not for us. Good if you want a motel.
