Went to this place for an evening meal. Initially it seemed ok, although very quick in coming for your order and had to ask for more time. Ordered a starter to share but whilst eating this after a short time, the main courses came. The starter was ok but the main courses, chicken, was overcooked and tasted it as well. The roast potatoes were overcooked and some black. Sorry, not good at all. Couldn't wait to pay and get out. Not for me at all.

After days of average, forgettable fare at touristy restaurants serving stodgy bland pastas, Bocconcino was a delightful find on our final night! It’s a charming, old fashioned little nook that we decided to try mostly out of proximity rather than the menu which looked like many others... but what a surprise!! The food was hearty, home style, tasty and perfectly cooked. Our waiter, Thomas, was friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful with service and tips for seeing Malta. I’m only sorry we found this at the end of our trip!!

In the center of St. Julian’s. On the beach shore , cozy and welcoming, nice verity and good service, not the cleanest but very good for quick breakfast or branch or a drink.
Good prices.

Simply put..A great local restaurant. Tony Snr and Tony Jnr, and all the staff, put on a show with delicious food accompanied to the sounds of jazz lounge classics. Local fresh fish cooked to perfection, rabbit (of course) and a good selection of light dishes are on offer, we would recommend the soups as well. We couldn't fault the food we had ( generous portions), or the service, which in our case went above and beyond your normal expectation. Well worth a visit.
